Comment on this

The National Cancer Strategy 2017–2026 has provided a strong framework for the development of cancer services in Ireland, and the structures, programmes and service improvements established under the Strategy will continue beyond 2026, underpinning the development of a new strategy.

The National Cancer Control Programme, the HSE Health Regions and my Department will continue to oversee the delivery and development of cancer services across the continuum of care, including prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, survivorship and palliative care.
