The Minister referred questions on orthopaedic outpatient waiting numbers, waiting times and additional capacity at South Infirmary Victoria University Hospital to the HSE.

Deputy John Paul O'Shea asked the Minister for Health the number of patients currently on the urgent outpatient waiting list for orthopaedic appointments at South Infirmary Victoria University Hospital; the average and longest waiting times; and the additional capacity being considered to reduce these waiting lists.
