The HSE was asked to provide information on returned Memory Clinic referrals, available clinical pathways, and whether re-referral will be required.

Deputy Michael Murphy asked the Minister for Health the number of referrals to the South Tipperary Memory Clinic that have been returned to GPs since the service was paused to referrals on 1 January 2026; the clinical pathway available to those patients; whether they will require re-referral when the clinic reopens.
