A request for the South Tipperary Memory Clinic risk assessment was referred to the HSE for direct response.

Deputy Michael Murphy asked the Minister for Health further to the HSE confirmation in July 2026 that a risk assessment had been undertaken in respect of the suspension of the South Tipperary Memory Clinic, if a copy or summary of that assessment will be provided; the risks identified in relation to delayed diagnosis and treatment; the mitigation measures implemented; and whether the assessment has subsequently been reviewed.
