Deputy Michael Murphy asked the Minister for Health whether a formal recovery plan has now been developed for the South Tipperary Memory Clinic in advance of its anticipated reopening; the additional clinical capacity that will be provided to address the backlog; the projected number of initial and review appointments per month; and the timeframe within which the existing waiting list is expected to be reduced.
