Deputy Niamh Smyth asked the Minister for Health the arrangements in place to ensure that diabetic retinopathy screening appointments under the RetinaScreen programme are scheduled in a timely manner; and if she will address the issue of recurring delays experienced by patients who require annual screening for occupational reasons.
