The State Examinations Commission will confirm the Junior Cycle results date, expected to align with 2025’s 8 October release, and communicate it to schools.

The State Examinations Commission (SEC) has responsibility for the operation and delivery of State examinations including scheduling the date of issue of Junior Cycle results. I am advised that the date is in line with the timeline for 2025, when results were issued on Wednesday 8 October, and I understand that the SEC will communicate the specific date to schools this week.
In view of this, I have asked the SEC to respond directly to the Deputy with the detail requested.
