Dara Calleary Minister for Social Protection Fianna Fáil

It has been decided that the person concerned was deemed to be insurable on the basis of a spousal business partnership. A letter has issued to the person concerned advising them of the amount due to the Department in respect of their PRSI liabilities from 1988/89 to 2010.

On receipt of the payment of these outstanding liabilities, the state pension contributory will be awarded with effect from their 66th birthday.
