Deputy Michael Murphy asked the Minister for Health for an update on the proposed new 60-bed Community Nursing Unit in Cashel, County Tipperary; whether the site selection process and associated report, which remained in draft in January 2026, have now been completed; whether the HSE has concluded negotiations for the acquisition of any additional property required; whether a preferred site has now been selected; the current stage of the project; and the next steps and indicative timeframe for progressing to design, statutory approval and construction.
