Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health if the recruitment process for the vacant professorial consultant post associated with Cork University Hospital and University College Cork will take account of the need to maintain skin cancer surveillance capacity for existing at-risk patients; the interim arrangements in place to maintain that capacity pending the appointment; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
