Colm Brophy Minister of State at the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration Fine Gael

I can inform the Deputy that the application cited continues to be processed by the EU Treaty Rights Division of my Department.

While every effort is made to issue a decision on each application as soon as possible, current processing times may vary having regard to the complexity of an application, the number of applications on hand, individual circumstances and whether further information is required. The applicant concerned can be assured that there will be no avoidable delay in having their case brought to finality.
