Pádraig O'Sullivan sought 2021–2026 figures for transplant-list deaths and removals due to deteriorating health; the Minister referred the service query to the HSE.

Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Health the number of persons who died while on the organ transplant waiting list; the number removed from the list due to becoming too unwell for transplant, by organ, in each of the years 2021 to 2025 and to date in 2026, in tabular form.
