The OGP does not analyse supplier concentration, repeat awards or market dominance, but points to open eTenders contract-notice data for independent analysis.

The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) does not analyse supplier concentration, repeat contract awards or market dominance in public procurement. However, I would refer the Deputy to the data available as Open Data https://data.gov.ie/dataset/contract-notices-published-on-etenders which could be used to perform analysis.
