Everyone is very welcome to our public meeting. Before we begin I wish to announce the committee has decided to invite written submissions from interested groups or individuals on the pre-legislative scrutiny of the following general schemes: the regulation of artificial intelligence Bill 2026 and the data Bill 2025. Submissions are requested by 13 March 2026 and further informaiton will be available on the committee's website in the coming days.

No. 2 is the minutes of the previous meeting. The minutes of the previous meetings on 17 and 18 February have been circulated and agreed in private session. Are those minutes agreed? Agreed.
