I beg to move:—

That the Seanad approves of the Railway and Canal (Compensation) Commission Order, 1924, made on the twenty-third day of April, 1924, by the Executive Council under Section 7 of the Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922 (No. 2 of 1922), and laid before the Seanad on the seventh day of May, 1924."

This resolution was proposed previously on behalf of the Minister for Land and Agriculture, and I move it simply in my official capacity. It has been laid on the Table of the Seanad and it is not for me to explain it.
