In connection with the Industrial Alcohol (Amendment) Bill, which is down for Report Stage, and is the next item on the Order Paper, the Minister for Industry and Commerce, who is in charge of that Bill, cannot be here until 4 o'clock. In view of that, I think the House had better suspend the sitting until 4 o'clock.
