That the Clerk of the Seanad do send to the Minister for Local Government notice of a vacancy in the membership of Seanad Eireann occasioned by the appointment as judge of the High Court of Mr. T. C. Kingsmill Moore, a member elected to Seanad Éireann for the Dublin University constituency.
