Local Government Provisional Order Confirmation Bill, 1976: First Stage.
In that connection I should like to state that the Minister finds himself in some difficulty for Wednesday, 8th December, in that he has to go abroad in the evening. It is proposed, in order to take the Bill, that we sit at 11.30 a.m. on that date.
