We have a parliamentary delegation from Finland in the Visitor's Gallery. They are Members of the Constitution Committee of the Parliament who are meeting with the Oireachtas Joint Committee of the Secondary Legislation of the European Community today. I welcome them and wish them an enjoyable stay in Dublin.

On behalf of the Government Party I welcome the Finnish delegation to Ireland. The Finns and the Irish have a long association and I sincerely hope they enjoy their stay. The weather is good and I hope they also see our parliamentary system working to its best advantage.
