Summary
The Leader agrees that adult mental-health services merit a further debate and suggests that the Swords clinic case may be better pursued as an Adjournment matter.
Senator Darragh O'Brien raised the issue of adult mental health services. It is certainly a matter that should be addressed. I will try to arrange a further debate on it.
