Senator Thomas Byrne referred to the role of grandparents in Irish society. Grandparents certainly play a very important role, particularly in babysitting for sons and daughters who are working.

Senator Paul Coghlan spoke about the threat to golf tourism through increased charges. He has stated he will raise the matter with the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, Deputy Leo Varadkar. I will also raise it with the Minister.
