We, on this side of the House, were very happy. We had several opportunities to speak to the Minister for Finance, Deputy Michael Noonan, coming up to the budget. I hope he has taken several of our ideas on board because it was a great opportunity for us. I hear that the newspapers today report - I know that it is only a report - that people who spend money on their homes would receive a VAT refund. I would be very happy to see the people concerned get a VAT refund for refurbishing their homes. It would be good if it were extended to cover septic tank replacement and so on, for which I have been calling for many months and years. It would give a major boost to the construction sector.
