The Order of Business is No. 1, statements on the Action Plan for Jobs 2014, to be taken at 11.45 a.m. and conclude not later than 1.15 p.m., with the contributions of all Senators not to exceed six minutes and the Minister to be called on to reply not later than 1.10 p.m.; No. 2, motion re Standing Orders 82B and 82C concerning the attendance of committee members at meetings of the committee inquiring into the banking crisis, to be taken at 1.15 p.m. and conclude not later than 3 p.m., with the contributions of all Senators not to exceed five minutes - I know that a similar motion was passed without debate in the other House, but if any Senator wishes to contribute to the debate on the motion, they are welcome to do so; No. 3, Defamation (Amendment) Bill 2014 - Second Stage, to be taken at 3 p.m., with the time allocated for the debate not to exceed two hours; and No. 4, statements on homelessness, to be taken at 7 p.m. and conclude not later than 9 p.m., with the contributions of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes and those of all other Senators not to exceed five minutes and the Minister to be called on to reply not later than 8.55 p.m.
