Junior bondholder priority

Summary

The Leader says junior bondholders will rank behind taxpayers, credit unions and others, while Senator Norris argues they should not be paid.

A number of Members raised the issue of the payment of junior bondholders. They will be at the very end of the queue, as outlined by all Ministers.
