‹ Order of Business Naval Service Mediterranean mission
Summary
Senator Coghlan commends the LE Eithne’s Mediterranean rescue work and urges European leaders to make proper provision for migrants arriving from North Africa.
The Naval Service deserves great commendation for the work the LE Eithne has done and continues to do in the Mediterranean and, please God, will be offering assistance for months to come. I hope that leaders at European level can make proper provision for these people who are coming from north African shores.
