The Deputy Leader says vaccination policy must rely on sound scientific evidence, but agrees that the HPV issue merits an informed debate and a forthcoming motion.
We need to ensure there is sound scientific evidence before we start to undermine vaccination programmes.

I am mindful of the breakouts of measles because of issues to do with vaccines, which claims proved to be false.
