The Order of Business is No. 1, motion re the establishment of a special select committee on the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union, to be taken without debate on the conclusion of the Order of Business without debate, and No. 2, statements on the diaspora, to be taken at 2 p.m. and to conclude not later than 3.30 p.m., with the contributions of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes and those of all other Senators not to exceed five minutes each and the Minister to be given five minutes in which to reply to the debate.
