Summary
Senator Butler warned that many people have undiagnosed diabetes and said it is costly to the State. He asked for a debate with the Minister and suggested free blood tests as an incentive.
A significant number of people have type 2 diabetes and they are basically killing themselves. There is a huge cost to the State. I call on the Leader to bring the Minister to the House-----
