Court of Appeal appointment ruling
Senator Ardagh protested the ruling out of order and insisted the Tánaiste should answer in the House about Máire Whelan's appointment. The Chair stood by the ruling and ended the exchange.
I would like to address that matter and the Leas-Chathaoirleach's refusal in ruling it out of order and the Leader's offer.
