Driving tests debate request

Summary

Senator Boyhan sought a debate with Minister Ross on driving tests, despite being told the issue had already been dealt with in Commencement matters. After repeated points of order and clarification, the Chair said the Leader would respond in due course.

It is a regular occasion for me to raise the issue of driving tests. This issue was the subject of a Commencement matter this morning.
