Summary

Senator Leyden said he and Senator Craughwell had attended a PDFORRA press conference about Council of Europe recognition of its trade-union bid and opposed Government resistance. After extensive teasing and chair interventions, he asked for a debate on the issue and said it could not be properly explained in Order of Business time.
