Order of Business
The House agreed the schedule: a motion on the digital taxation proposals would be taken without debate, followed by Second Stage of the Radiological Protection (Amendment) Bill 2018 with speaking time limited.
The Order of Business is No. 1, motion regarding reasoned opinion on proposals for a Council directive laying down rules relating to the corporate taxation of a significant digital presence, COM(2018)147, and a Council directive on the common system of a digital services tax on revenues resulting from the provision of certain digital services, COM(2018)148, to be taken on the conclusion of the Order of Business, without debate; and No. 2, Radiological Protection (Amendment) Bill 2018 - Second Stage, to be taken at 4.45 p.m., with the contributions of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes and all others not to exceed five minutes.
