I call Senator Marshall. I was not here when he was elected.

I wish to formally congratulate him on his election to Seanad Éireann. It is obviously a great honour for the Senator and his family. It is a great occasion. On a personal level, I wish him all luck and every success in this Chamber. The Senator may proceed.
