Chair ruling on remarks

Summary

The Cathaoirleach reprimanded Senator Norris for calling the Saudi Crown Prince a murderer and reminded the House that the person was not present to defend himself. Norris persisted briefly before the Chair moved on.

Denis O'Donovan An Cathaoirleach Fianna Fáil

Senator Norris used a particular word to describe the Saudi Crown Prince. Nothing has been proven. The Senator should be a bit more temperate in his language.
