Long before I met Senator Leyden, I talked to a colleague of his who told me, "Terry Leyden should be a ward of court". Today, after 20 years, he has proven that point.

That is terribly disparaging. I am surprised that the Leas-Chathaoirleach would allow that kind of abuse in the Chamber.
