Before we begin, I welcome Senator Mark Duffy to the Chamber, with Karen Duffy and Cora Gordon. They are all very welcome to the Seanad, I hope they enjoy the day. They are being well looked after by Mark who does very good work for us here in Leinster House and we thank him for his service.
