Before we go to the Bill, I welcome the Newtown-Lobinstown active retirement group, who are guests of the Minister, Deputy McEntee, who we are delighted to have with us here in the Chamber. She will be able to welcome them herself. Would she like to welcome the group before I go into the Bill?

I welcome the Lobinstown-Newtown and Drumcondra active retirement groups. We are delighted to have them here today.

There is no discrimination. I know that is the Distinguished Visitors Gallery and that is the other Gallery, but that is only a matter of spacing. They are all welcome here. I hope they enjoy their day in Seanad Éireann.
