The Order of Business is No. 1, statements on prisons and alternative sentencing options, to be taken at 1 p.m. and to conclude at 2.30 p.m., if not previously concluded, with the time allocated to the opening remarks of the Minister not to exceed ten minutes, group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes each, all other Senators not to exceed five minutes each, and the Minister to be given no less than ten minutes to reply to the debate; No. 2, the Air Navigation and Transport (Arms Embargo) Bill 2024 - Report and Final Stages, to be taken at 2.30 p.m., with proceedings thereon, if not previously concluded, to be brought to a conclusion at 4.30 p.m. by the putting one question from the Chair, which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those set down or accepted by the Government; No. 3, statements on disability matters, to be taken at 4.30 p.m. and to conclude at 6.10 p.m., if not previously, concluded, with time allocated to the opening remarks the Minister not to exceed ten minutes, group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes each, all other Senators not to exceed five minutes each, and the Minister to be given no less than ten minutes to reply to the debate; and No. 4, statements on homelessness (resumed), to be taken at 6.15 p.m. and to conclude at 7.15 p.m., if not previously concluded, with time allocated to the contribution of all Senators not to exceed four minutes, and the Minister to be given no less than ten minutes to reply to the debate.
