Summary
Seanad Éireann agreed to extend sections 1 to 7 and 9 of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2021 for a further six months, from 1 June 2026 to 30 November 2026.
I move:
That Seanad Éireann resolves that the period of operation of sections 1 to 7 and 9 of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2021 (No. 14 of 2021) be extended for a further period of 6 months, beginning on the 1st day of June, 2026 and ending on the 30th day of November, 2026.
