Remediation of Dwellings Damaged by the Use of Defective Concrete Blocks: Motion
Seanad Éireann approved the draft order designating parts of Meath County Council’s area for the 2022 defective concrete blocks remediation scheme.
I move:
That Seanad Éireann approves the following Order in draft:
Remediation of Dwellings Damaged by the Use of Defective Concrete Blocks Act 2022 (Designation of Meath County Council) (Parts of Administrative Area) Order 2026,
a copy of which has been laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 2nd April, 2026.
