No distinction is now drawn between citizens and non-citizens for old age pension purposes.

The question was badly worded. I was really concerned about the regulation which exists that people would have to live here on aggregate for 15 years. I am talking now about refugees——

When I saw the question I suspected the Deputy of having advance information of what was in the budget.

Perhaps my question influenced the Minister to a minor degree in making the submission to his colleague.
