It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, that the next fortnightly Friday, for the purposes of Standing Orders 88(2) and 117A, shall be Friday, 8 November 2013, the time and date by which notice of a committee report or Bill in connection with that sitting shall be received by the Clerk shall be 11 a.m. on Friday, 25 October 2013, and related Standing Orders shall apply accordingly. Private Members' business shall be No. 121, motion re older citizens.
