Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 219 of 18 September 2024, if he will provide a further update on the same query; and the rationale in respect of the delay in the OPW responding in full to Parliamentary Questions and freedom of information requests. The OPW will respond directly to the Deputy on this matter and regrets the delay in replying. The OPW has responded to a very large number of FOI requests recently and will respond as soon as possible to those FOI requests which remain outstanding.
