2219. Deputy Holly Cairns asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration to confirm the correct immigration pathway for a Ukrainian temporary protection beneficiary moving to a Stamp 1G as the spouse of a critical skills employment permit holder. [56308/26]

In the situation referred to by the Deputy, such people can submit an online renewal application and select the ‘Stamp 1G’ stamp type, then the ‘Spouse of Employment Permit holder’ category.
