Deputy Liam Quaide asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality the reasons no residential disability placements were being provided directly by the HSE for children and adolescents at the end of May 2026; whether the HSE plans to develop directly provided capacity; and the number of additional places planned by provider type in 2026 and 2027.
