Deputy Pádraig Rice asked the Minister for Health the arrangements in place to monitor and enforce the alcohol advertising provisions of the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 and the relevant regulations; the number of breaches identified since the relevant sections of the 2018 Act were commenced and the relevant regulations were signed into law, by year and nature of breach; the number of enforcement actions taken; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
