Deputy Liam Quaide asked the Minister for Health for an update on the serious incident management process, fact-finding exercise and proposed wider review and improvement plan initiated by the HSE following the findings of mistreatment of residents and safeguarding failures at Bloomfield Hospital; the terms of reference and governance arrangements for each process; the persons or bodies conducting them; the dates on which they commenced and are expected to conclude; whether interim findings or recommendations have been issued; whether Bloomfield Hospital has resumed accepting admissions; whether the resulting reports and improvement plan will be published; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
