Deputy Pádraig Rice asked the Minister for Health the volume of samples being outsourced to private laboratories by Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda; if the samples outsourced include those from private facilities under existing service level agreements between the public hospital and other private sites; if so, the percentage that are private samples being outsourced; the amount spent on outsourcing to private laboratories in 2024, 2025 and to date in 2026; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
