Deputy Pádraig Rice asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 300 of 24 June 2026, in which the Health Service Executive confirmed the occurrence of incidents at Connolly Hospital (details supplied), to confirm the governance arrangements that were in place at the time these incidents occurred; to provide a detailed explanation as to how those governance arrangements were breached on multiple independent occasions; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
