Summary

The Minister referred the reported Connolly Hospital incidents to the HSE, requesting a direct response on any review, timeframe, findings and recommendations.

Deputy Pádraig Rice asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 300 of 24 June 2026, in which the Health Service Executive confirmed the occurrence of incidents at Connolly Hospital (details supplied), to confirm if the hospital now intends to conduct a review into these incidents; the timeframe within which such a review would be completed; if it will produce findings and recommendations to prevent further occurrences; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
